• Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or comparable field; Ph.D. preferred.
• 15+ years in large production or technical organizations within chemical industry.
• Experience leading international manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in production strategy, asset optimization, and technology management.
• Ability to lead organizational change and inspire dispersed teams.
• Business-fluent English; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global Lubricant Additives production, technology, and HSEQ org.
• Develop, implement, and execute short, medium, and long-term strategies.
• Ensure safe, compliant, reliable operations per standards and regs.
• Drive sustainability, ISCC PLUS certification, energy efficiency programs.
• Optimize production through automation, digitalization, innovation, excellence.
• Manage internal operations and toll-manufacturing partnerships.
