Job summary

FOCO is seeking an Associate Production Manager to oversee licensing, development, sourcing, and manufacturing for a diverse product line. You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in production sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across domestic and international partners. Travel for audits and visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in production sourcing or factory management.
• Proven ability to manage factory relationships and production timelines.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing, development, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery of orders.
• Interface with internal teams and external suppliers or licensors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage trackers and production KPIs across the supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with factories to balance cost and quality.
• Ensure quality control and on-time shipment of FOCO products.
