Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in planning roles.
• 10+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing planning teams.
• Experience leading S&OP, capacity planning, and IBP processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the global production planning framework aligning demand, capacity, and objectives.
• Lead GOps Sizing and Quarterly Review processes with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop scenario-based capacity plans to support growth and market changes.
• Provide data-driven insights and updates to executive leadership.
