Job summary

Lam Research in Portland/Or region is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager to drive complex projects in the Global Operations Group. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage programs related to Rare Earth Element initiatives, delivering on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, analytics, and clear leadership communications to executives and teams. Hybrid on-site and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain programs related projects to solve complex business problems.
• Build solutions that will improve Supply Chain business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
