Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of production planning, sales operations, or related experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; ERP (SAP or similar) exposure.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders and return orders in ERP.
• Prepare pro-forma and commercial invoices with accurate records.
• Onboard new customers and set up systems with internal teams.
• Maintain customer accounts across systems in coordination with HQ.
• Monitor customer credit limits and assist with AR tracking.
• Maintain product pricing in ERP.
• Develop sales plans based on customer demand.
• Coordinate with logistics and production planning to meet demand.
• Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports and presentations.
• Validate data accuracy before report distribution.
• Work with HQ and global teams on operations.
