Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute purchase orders (POs) to support raw material requirements and production schedules.
• Communicate with domestic, Korean, and other international suppliers across time zones to place, adjust, and manage orders.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and backlog, taking proactive action to resolve delays and constraints.
• Coordinate with suppliers to adjust orders, expedite shipments, and improve delivery performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply risks to prevent production disruptions.
• Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and demand forecasts to maintain optimal material availability.
• Manage inventory health, including excess, aging, and end-of-life (EOL) materials, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between procurement activities, production requirements, and inventory strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely data within ERP, MRP, and WMS systems to support planning and procurement accuracy.
• Resolve complex discrepancies related to purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier payments.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Korean and English to support decision making and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Finance teams to improve material flow and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with global stakeholders, including Korean-speaking partners, to coordinate procurement activities and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to purchasing and material handling.
• Maintain confidentiality of supplier, pricing, and company information.
• Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain; Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container)
• Perform other duties as assigned
