Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in the United States seeks a Production Control Planner to coordinate materials, work orders, and service activities in our Subsea Services workshop, ensuring material availability, accurate ERP data, and on-time delivery aligned with project priorities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and suppliers to optimize capacity, maintain BOMs, and report material status and risks to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years in production or material planning, or similar.
• Experience managing work orders, schedules, MRP, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) with master data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage service and work orders, including scheduling and execution tracking.
• Coordinate flow of materials and inventory across projects and work packages.
• Monitor demand, inventory levels, shortages, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain ERP master data, BOMs, service notifications, and quality notifications.
• Evaluate workshop capacity and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Suppliers, and Third-Party Service Providers.
• Prepare material status reports and escalate risks affecting schedule or delivery.
