Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Production Management Coordinator to support the production management team from pre-production through delivery. You will work closely with the Director of Production Management and both Netflix and external partners, coordinating assets, schedules, and meetings.

The role requires 3–5 years in production, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Fluency in English and Thai is preferred, with a focus on confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production for films/series
• Thai speaker fluent in English
• Strong understanding of cultural and literary production processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to multi-task
• Team player in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to prioritize and react effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support first-order production with lead production management
• Bridge between production and Netflix internal teams for timely information flow
• Create, update, and track internal and external production assets and documents
• Maintain databases for production schedules, teams, and contacts
• Plan and organize start-up and ongoing production meetings
• Serve as in-house production coordinator from inception to production, including script/writers room
• Obtain and maintain a list of department heads for independent orgs
• Research potential film locations and theaters globally
• Incorporate changing technologies into the production process
