Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and finalize contract financial services for ATL talent domestically and internationally.
• Prepare payment authorizations and payment systems for ATL talent to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Provide guidance on PH&W rates for applicable guilds and discuss with our tax team.
• Track ATL contract timelines from development through revisions, including license options and hold times.
• Create and distribute notices, including extension notices and option exercises.
• Prepare memos for director payments and ensure SAG/WGA/DGA-related payments are correct and on time.
• Coordinate data transfer and documentation for payment requests across functional groups.
