Full Job Description

Netflix is looking for a coordinator to support the production management team in Thailand. This position will support slates from pre-production to delivery, working closely with the Director of Production Management and cross-functional teams in Netflix and external partners.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, quick-witted, flexible, a creative problem-solver and able to juggle multiple tasks, with a strong organizational focus energy and unparalleled attention to detail. The position requires a hard-working and critical thinker, with the ability to demonstrate common sense and clear communication.

Functions

• Work in tandem with lead production management to coordinate and support first-order production


• Act as a bridge between production and the internal Netflix team to ensure both parties receive important information in a timely manner


• Quickly create, update, track and maintain internal and external production assets and documents


• Maintain internal databases for production schedules, teams and contacts


• Plan, organize, monitor and attend start-up and ongoing production meetings for various productions


• Serves as the in-house production coordinator for the entire process from inception to production, including management of the original script, writers room and office setup, as well as other support.


• Obtain and maintain a list of department heads for independent organizations


• Research and awareness of potential film locations and theaters around the world


• Expertise in changing technologies and figuring out how to incorporate them into the production process


• Review special assignments for production leaders as needed

Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a production company or a production company in the production of films and series


• Thai speaker who also speaks fluent English
