Job summary

The IRCA Group, a global leader in bakery ingredients, is seeking a Production Scheduler in the United States. You will coordinate supply chain activities, monitor warehouse inventory, and plan production across multiple locations and co-manufacturers.

Responsibilities include MRP, PO management, freight coordination, and leading weekly scheduling reviews with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; APICS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP/Manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan production materials across multiple locations and co-manufactures.
• Process orders for co-manufacture and multiple warehouses.
• Manage materials transfer and review MRP daily.
• Coordinate with warehouses and production facilities.
• Lead weekly scheduling reviews with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Monitor KPI targets and address aging inventory.
