This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will lead a team of 5–10, manage PO lifecycle, coordinate with Sales, Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance, and implement scalable systems to support growth in domestic and international markets.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Experience managing domestic and international production operations.
• Strong background in overseas factory management and vendor negotiations.
• Experience leading teams of approximately 5–10 employees.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems and production tracking software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operations.
• Experience with global supply chains.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee domestic and international production across home textiles and décor.
• Manage purchase orders lifecycle for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop strategies to optimize capacity, lead times, and costs.
• Monitor schedules and manufacturing timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Lead a production team and implement scalable systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure vendors meet quality standards and customer requirements.
