Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management within the fashion industry.
• Proven ability to work with international business partners to drive results.
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)

Responsabilités

• Oversee the sourcing and production for a department or brand.
• Work with overseas offices to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate FOB prices with overseas vendors to meet financial goals with the Sourcing Director.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity in overseas factories.
