Qualifications

• 8+ years of apparel production experience, with proven leadership at a Director or senior management level.
• Strong expertise in product development, sourcing, and vendor negotiation.
• Hands-on experience working with factories in China and Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Lead global production strategy from development through delivery.
• Oversee sourcing and vendor management.
• Partner closely with Design, Sales, and Sourcing teams.
• Manage production budgets, margins, and financial reporting.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support production.
