Job summary

Amazon in Arlington, VA is seeking a Production Design Lead for GREF, Design, Sustainability & Engineering. You will own end-to-end floor plan and space data production for a global portfolio, coordinating with a vendor team and ensuring accurate records for occupancy planning and capital decisions.

You will manage a global intake process, establish SOPs, drive CAD-to-Revit conversions, and build QC and audit programs to ensure high-quality model data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience in Design/Construction using Autodesk Revit to design and coordinate large or complex projects.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable processes to create scale and efficiency.
• Experience managing a pipeline of drafting work at scale.
• Familiarity with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)/Forma, including integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and timeliness of record floor plans and space data transmitted to global systems.
• Lead test-fit production and CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion including scanning and automation.
• Build and manage a global intake process for plan changes (RPM, FM, MAC, D&C).
• Establish SOPs and SLAs for record updates and test-fits in Revit/Forma.
• Set up and manage a QC program for model quality and space data accuracy.
• Build a floor plan audit program.
