Franco Manufacturing Co., Inc. in Metuchen, NJ is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the Sourcing team.

You will support end-to-end product development and production, partnering with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure specs, costing, POs, samples, and delivery timelines stay accurate and on track. Responsibilities include coordinating with overseas offices, creating and managing POs in BlueCherry, tracking samples, and supporting reporting and import Logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in home, apparel, or related categories.
• Experience working with overseas offices and vendors.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
• BlueCherry experience is a plus.
• On-site work in Metuchen, NJ, four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Gather, enter, and maintain specs, patterns, and standards for production.
• Coordinate costing, delivery details with overseas offices.
• Manage buy quantities and packaging details with Planning.
• Create and update Purchase Orders in BlueCherry; ensure data accuracy.
• Track samples, approvals, and calendar; liaise with Design and factories.
• Support reporting, manage exceptions, and obtain supervisor approval.
• Perform incoming sample checks (weight, size, color, UPC, packaging).
• Coordinate logistics/Imports with vendor and PO details.
• Handle admin tasks: sample shipping/receiving, PO approvals, vouchers.
• Attend meetings to align timelines and priorities.
