Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related function within home décor, home textiles, fashion, consumer products, or a similar industry.
• Understanding of the production lifecycle, including purchase orders, samples, approvals, and production timelines.
• Experience working directly with international factories, vendors, or suppliers strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate production orders from purchase order through final shipment, actively tracking milestones and delivery dates.
• Manage multiple orders and programs in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain and update production schedules, WIP reports, order details, approvals, and status reports.
• Communicate daily with international factories and vendors regarding production status and lead times.
