Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations or Business is required; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years in inventory management, supply/demand planning, KPI definition and control.
• Semiconductor industry background with Service Parts, Warranty or Service Planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven solutions and SQL/BI tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Parts Planning: oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, ramp, and transitions.
• Own planning deliverables across NPI, ramp, and end-of-life processes.
• Design and implement planning methodologies, enhance data models and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Operations, SBUs, BUs and Engineering to align priorities.
• Identify risks in supply/demand and guide leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead funded projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Track performance and drive improvements in planning operations.
