Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science, pharmaceutical science, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, quality, R&D, technical service, or related functions.
• 2+ years of people leadership in a customer-facing technical or compliance environment.
• Experience in chemical, specialty ingredients, consumer products, life sciences, or related industries.
• CRM systems familiarity and strong reporting with KPI management; MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Product Stewardship Customer Assurance (PSCA) function for customer inquiries related to regulatory, quality, technical, product safety, and compliance matters.
• Own end-to-end customer response process from receipt to closure, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs.
• Manage global CRM caseload for PSCA inquiries, balancing workload and ensuring timely progression and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses with Regulatory, Product Stewardship, Technical Service, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach, and develop PSCA specialists; set priorities, expectations, and development plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for response times, SLA attainment, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
