Job summary

Google LLC seeks a strategic and highly motivated professional to join the Global Product Solutions team, focusing on Performance Max campaign investments. You will motivate sellers and customers to adopt and grow campaigns, lead cross-functional projects with Product Management and Engineering, and build market perspectives to shape the global roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and GTM teams to launch and scale new campaign features, optimization levers, tools and insights for Performance Max campaigns.
• Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
• Work across product management, regional sales teams, gTech and marketing to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for Performance Max.
• Lead cross-functional projects, across organizations and timezones, to execute on strategies.
• Travel globally, to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
