Zusammenfassung

KION Group is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to ensure quality from concept through launch and into production, collaborating with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams.

You will drive prevention, early risk detection, and lessons learned, lead DFMEA/PFMEA and risk assessments, perform pre-milestone assessments, coordinate with R&D and Manufacturing Quality, and push for robust control plans and CAPA actions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of professional quality experience in product, project, or engineering settings.
• Experience with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, RCA, 8D, CAPA, validation, and launch-readiness reviews.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Product Quality representative for global product-development programs.
• Define and monitor Product Quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product-risk activities and ensure mitigation actions are tracked.
• Perform independent pre-milestone and launch-readiness assessments.
• Coordinate launch and manufacturing-readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Support root-cause analysis and drive CAPA/8D actions.
• Transfer lessons learned to new R&D programs.
