Dematic is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to ensure quality is built into global product-development projects from concept through launch and sustained production. You will work across Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Validation, Program Management, Project Execution, and Quality teams to identify risks, define quality expectations, and validate product readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Quality Engineering).
• Minimum five years of professional quality experience in product/project/engineering context.
• Experience with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, RCA, 8D, CAPA, validation and launch-readiness reviews.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Product Quality representative and sub-project lead for global product-development programs.
• Define and monitor Product Quality requirements and acceptance criteria for reliability, maintainability, and validation.
• Lead or facilitate product-risk activities (DFMEA/PFMEA) and track mitigations and critical-to-quality characteristics.
• Perform pre-milestone and launch-readiness assessments; support tollgate and release decisions.
• Coordinate launch and manufacturing-readiness with R&D, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, and Validation.
