UnifiMI Industrial in Logan, UT is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own global strategy, positioning, and commercialization of the UnifiMI Fastening Platform. You will bridge engineering, commercial, and customer insight to accelerate adoption and strengthen the brand across aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years global business experience with engineered-product manufacturers, including 6+ years in product management.
• Extensive B2B experience; knowledge of aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering, or construction industries is beneficial.
• Demonstrated success driving industrial product strategy, launching new products, and growing product segments.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and leading cross-regional teams.
• Strong planning, global project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI, data analytics, and MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-industry product marketing strategy.
• Design and implement global product strategies, measuring commercial performance, customer adoption, and portfolio growth.
• Lead portfolio redesign, leveraging product platforming to accelerate development and reduce cost.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple product development programs while supporting strategic business objectives.
