Job summary

Bradycorp is seeking a Global Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of the Industrial Benchtop Label Printing portfolio. You will shape market strategy, define multi-year roadmaps, and drive P&L health while coordinating with engineering and finance teams to sustain competitive advantage.

The role requires building MRDs/PRDs, managing legacy migrations, and leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver value-based pricing and compelling GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle strategy for Industrial Benchtop Label Printing, ensuring long-term market competitiveness and strong P&L results.
• Perform market strategy & research by analyzing TAM/SAM, competitive dynamics, and regional regulatory standards.
• Develop 3–5 year roadmaps; drive front-end discovery and evaluate buy/build/partner options.
• Author MRDs and PRDs with detailed personas, workflows, and real-world use cases to guide engineering.
• Manage multi-generational product lines; oversee lifecycle and drive growth via migrations and upgrades.
• Lead business planning & pricing with global value-based pricing structures and KPI tracking.
• Create GTM launch playbooks and sales tools (battlecards, ROI calculators) to enable commercial success.
• Collaborate with supply chain on demand forecasting and mitigate obsolescence; ensure cross-functional alignment across leadership and engineering teams.
