• Lean/process improvement experience with a track record of success.
• Experience in a publicly traded, global company.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of sample storage and management market and competitive landscape.
• Capture VOC and translate into service line requirements.
• Support development and execution of long-term strategic plan for SRS.
• Lead lean culture initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with R&D, operations, and customers to manage P&L across functions.
• Drive on-time and on-budget execution of NPI programs.
• Monitor revenue progression and implement actions to improve growth.
