Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead product strategy and roadmaps for Evident Test & Measurement solutions including connected devices, software, and digital workflows. You will own market intelligence, pricing, and lifecycle management with regional collaboration across PMM, Sales, and R&D.

The role drives NPI activities, develops value propositions, and oversees GTM campaigns while mentoring a team and aligning with global objectives. Onsite in State College, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field.
• 5+ years Product Management and/or Product Marketing experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Experience in Test & Measurement/Non-Destructive Testing is advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed Product Road Map (PRM) for the assigned product line, prioritizing features for development, production and launch.
• Lead the NPI process start-to-finish with global and regional marketing campaigns and GTM plans.
• Monitor and report product line P&L, pricing strategies and profitability across regions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure successful launches and lifecycle management.
• Develop recurring revenue models (SaaS/PaaS) and guide related go-to-market activities.
