Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, sales, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years in product management, product marketing, medical device sales, or related role.
• Experience gathering customer/market insights and translating into product requirements or business cases.
• Experience contributing to product strategy, development, commercialization, or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead market discovery and Voice of Customer research to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Define and advance product/portfolio strategy with roadmaps and business cases.
• Own commercial leadership throughout product development with R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Lead global positioning and commercialization strategy with messaging, launch plans, and sales enablement.
• Monitor lifecycle performance and inform sustaining and end-of-life decisions.
