Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Director of Engineering for Strategic Thermal Labs in the United States to lead a multi-discipline team focused on advanced liquid cooling solutions, from design to deployment across regions. This role oversees NPD, validation, and product lifecycle engineering for high-density liquid cooling products.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with Offering Managers, Architecture, Sales, and customers, and ensure on-time,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
15–20+ years of technical management experience.
Strong leadership to guide multi-discipline teams.
Excellent English communication skills.
IT/server experience or related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver global strategies and products for Strategic Thermal Labs LOB.
Lead parallel path development for speed and reuse of designs.
Oversee all NPD programs from specs to delivery across regions.
Coordinate with Product Offering Manager and Marketing to meet specs and budgets.
Provide technical leadership to the product group and cross-functional teams.
Manage sustaining products and regional multi-region resources.
