Job summary

Molex is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the High-Speed Backplane and NPC product line within our Enterprise segment. You will own the product line, work with global customers and internal teams to drive profitable growth and strategic roadmap across data center and enterprise networking technologies at 112G and 224G+ speeds.

You will be the go-to contact for major customers, mentor teams, and steer projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Molex’s mission

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or comparable field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience within the Datacom Market.
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience calling on Datacom accounts.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of product strategy for global hyperscale customers, including roadmap, pricing, positioning, and portfolio management.
Own full product lifecycle: define requirements from feedback, trends, and tech advancements; drive on-time launches.
Build trusted relationships with customer engineering teams and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
Drive go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement and marketing collateral for new technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineering, signal integrity, manufacturing, quality, sales and program management to ensure alignment and execution.
