Ladders is seeking a Global Product Line Manager - Modular to guide a global modular product line with a strong focus on commercial performance, portfolio strategy, and long-range growth. This remote-US role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align innovation, operations, and financial priorities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of management experience.
• Experience with electrical products.
• Proven P&L management and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and M&A processes.
• Experience in sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies.
• Direct leadership experience with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of hyperscale and colocation markets preferred.

• Oversee P&L for the product line, maximizing profitability and analyzing financial performance.

This role will guide a global modular product line with a strong focus on commercial performance, portfolio strategy, and long-range growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align innovation, operations, and financial priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence profitability, market positioning, and strategic expansion.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
