Responsabilités

• Launch new modular services for NGS, including data centers and healthcare.
• Drive growth via organic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Are you an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in modular construction and a passion for building something new? We’re looking for a driven Modular Growth Leader to grow our modular business segment through new organic services, acquisitions, and partnerships. If you can quickly develop and execute a pragmatic growth plan, leverage strong relationships with leading potential clients, and engage confidently with manufacturers, code officials, and industry stakeholders, we’d love to meet you! Success in this role means having new service offerings launched and adopted by customers within your first few months.

What You’ll Do

• Launch new services for NGS, developing offerings for key modular market segments such as data centers and healthcare.
• Drive growth through organic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify and win new modular customers in a fast-growing market.
• Review the existing customer base to identify and pursue opportunities to expand the services we deliver.
• Conduct in-depth research on market size, growth potential, and customer segments, staying current on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive strategies.
• Present analysis and recommendations for priority growth areas to leadership and colleagues.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies and AHJs through active dialog with key stakeholders such as State Modular program leaders, reinforcing our role as a leader in this market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
