Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a Global Product Line Manager for Data Center Couplings to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from launch to commercialization, collaborating with sales, engineering, and customers.

Located in Englewood or downtown Denver, this role reports to the Director of Global Product Line Management and emphasizes VOC, market insights, and cross-functional execution to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, outside field sales, application engineering and/or product engineering or business development experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for sales data analysis and graphing trends.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the data center market for the product line, including tracking industry trends and competitive activity.
• Translate customer needs and industry requirements into actionable product strategy and roadmaps.
• Be the product champion for Data Center Couplings and promote the product within the market.
• Ensure feature, quality, and cost objectives are met and that schedules are kept.
• Prepare Market Launch materials and document product specs, strategy, plans, and training needs.
• Support sales with quotations, bids, and negotiation documentation.
