Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Global Product Line Manager for Cable Backplane Systems in Raleigh, NC. The role leads product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans, working with global sales, engineering, and marketing to capture opportunities worldwide.

You will own the P&L for the OverPass cable assembly portfolio, drive growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required, with an MBA/MS preferred
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience
• 3+ years of experience working in the interconnect industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a strategy to launch and grow the assigned major product line, including setting the strategic vision and creating roadmaps
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers for the product line
• Collaborate with global sales, field application engineering and marketing to develop tools and materials for new design wins
• Own the business plan for the designated product family, including life cycle management and margin optimization
