Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Product Senior Lead for Sales AI Infrastructure to define and execute scalable tooling strategies that power Sales AI initiatives across the Connect AI ecosystem. You will partner with Sales, gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver high-velocity tooling that accelerates advertiser success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product or program management.
• 5 years of experience with product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with gTech, Sales, Product, and Finance, aligning with Director and VP-level stakeholders to synchronize requirements for annual planning.
• Power the Sales AI quality program, delivering structured evaluation dashboards that leverage autorater outputs to improve model accuracy.
• Set the strategic tool and platform goal, translating business asks and quantified business cases into prioritized technical roadmaps.
• Enable the Agentic Development Lifecycle, governing agentic skills while analyzing datasets to find growth opportunities.
• Estimate and measure the operational and business impact of new features, processes, and systemic experiences.
