DMA Industries, LLC is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead the Product Engineering Team and coordinate development across DMA and its global manufacturing partners. You will ensure products meet performance specs, quality standards, cost targets, and timelines.

The role partners with Global Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and other functions to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost‑effective products that meet customer expectations and support business objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in product engineering, development, design validation, or related technical area; automotive aftermarket or heavy-duty experience preferred.
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD, engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.

• Lead and mentor the Product Engineering Team to meet performance specs, quality standards, cost targets, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain a global product development plan aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and manufacturing partners to deliver innovative, reliable products.
• Communicate monthly development progress and risk assessments to senior leadership.
