Trek Bicycle Corporation seeks a dynamic leader to support product compliance development across products in the US market. You will research, interpret, and craft strategies to meet applicable regulations, working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and regulatory teams.

The role requires strong English communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to identify compliance gaps and opportunities to improve time-to-market.

• Proven ability to research regulations and standards.
• Experience presenting complex legal/technical details to diverse audiences.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and supply chain teams.
