Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong tactile/aesthetic evaluation skills for cosmetic products.
• Ability to think creatively and stay ahead of market trends.
• Excellent organization and communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Director and VP to develop 3-year innovation calendar concepts.
• Autonomously manage product development lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Coordinate formula approval between vendor and R&D and ensure alignment with lab standards.
• Present concepts and shade lineups in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
• Review submissions and direct development to meet attribute and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Packaging to launch products in market.
