Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end, enterprise-scale delivery across its global product portfolio. You will align cross-functional teams in product, technology, engineering, operations, compliance, and leadership to convert strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain governance with dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years leading complex programs and cross-functional delivery.
Proven ability to influence executives and align multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise visibility and multiple workstreams.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, governance routines, and measurable outcomes.
Define success metrics, track benefits realization, and ensure programs deliver business value.
Establish executive artifacts, dashboards, and reporting for informed decision-making.
Identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; drive timely resolutions.
Facilitate governance forums and leadership reviews to ensure disciplined execution.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and mentor junior staff.
Align delivery plans with business objectives, customer impact, and financial considerations.
