The role focuses on building standards and structures enabling teams to execute consistently, providing senior leaders with trusted data to support confident decisions and improving reporting integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, Delivery Excellence, or related enterprise functions.
• 5+ years leading enterprise delivery governance and operating model development.
• Proven ability to balance structure and agility with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise delivery operating model, including governance standards and execution practices.
• Lead organizational delivery maturity by assessing practices, closing capability gaps, and driving improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of delivery standards, tools, and governance expectations.
