Job summary

Vertiv, headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Data Governance & Master Data Strategy to lead global item master data strategy across product development, manufacturing, service and aftermarket operations.

Partnering with IT, ERP, PLM, and MDM teams, you will define requirements, governance frameworks, and roadmaps to improve data quality, standardization, and scalable operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product data management, engineering operations, PLM/ERP or master data governance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide process transformation across multiple functions and regions.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and business process ownership.
• Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps spanning people, process, data, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global business strategy for Product and Item Master Data.
• Establish governance, policies, standards, and decision frameworks for the Item Domain.
• Own item data quality, consistency, and usability across functions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps focused on data quality, system enablement, and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional governance forums with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and IT.
