Job summary

HP is seeking a seasoned leader as VP, Global Product Compliance to oversee regulatory readiness across PCs, Print, Software, and Services. This role reports to the Chief Sustainability Chain Officer and will shape strategy, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration for a global portfolio.

You will lead a worldwide team of compliance professionals, translate regulations into actionable guidance, influence product development for market‑ready launches, and partner with R&D, Legal, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, regulatory, or legal academic background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HP’s product compliance strategy and execution across PCs, Print and collaboration devices, Supplies, and Software/Solutions, with a significant focus on prioritization.
• Lead a global team of compliance professionals to develop scalable systems to monitor, interpret, report, and proactively identify risks for evolving regulations, including EU WEEE, REACH, RoHS, PFAS, CLP, Lot 3 / 4, ESPR, digital, and software product regulations.
• Build and manage governance frameworks and standards of procedure for compliance risk management, cross-functional collaboration, incident response, and escalation protocols.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams in designing and embedding compliance processes into product lifecycles.
• Synthesize regulatory requirements into strategy and actionable business guidance and influence product development to enable compliant, market-ready launches.
• Advance HP’s digital transformation of compliance through tools, dashboards, and process automation
