Job summary

Evolv is seeking a Director of Global Product Compliance to own regulatory compliance for hardware products (Express, eXpedite) and future releases. This role anchors RoHS/REACH/SCIP, radiation safety, HS codes, and market-specific certifications across North America, Europe, and beyond.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering, and a strong track record in compliance program management. Based at our Waltham, MA headquarters with 60% on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 10+ years in hardware product regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of EMC, immunity, electrical and radiation safety, RoHS, REACH, SCIP, and conflict minerals.
• Experience managing certifications across multiple global markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product regulatory compliance for Evolv hardware portfolio.
• Lead global market compliance and certification strategies across markets.
• Serve as Radiation Safety Officer or ensure alignment with RSO responsibilities.
• Build and manage compliance workflows, checklists, and execution plans.
