Job summary

DataDirect Networks (DDN) in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Product & Compliance Engineer to strengthen our manufacturing operations for high‑volume data storage products. You will work with the lead Manufacturing Engineer to improve production, own international regulatory compliance, and help ensure on-time shipments worldwide.

You’ll troubleshoot bottlenecks, drive engineering changes, and ensure SABER/CE/RoHS/REACH standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of SABER, CE, RoHS, REACH.
• CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage engineering changes and resolve production issues.
• Oversee compliance requirements such as SABER for Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate across teams to prevent regulatory delays in shipments.
