Job summary

DDN is expanding its Chatsworth manufacturing operation and is hiring a Product & Compliance Engineer to help drive better products and faster, compliant production. You will work directly with our lead Manufacturing Engineer to improve how we manufacture, take ownership of international regulatory compliance, and help ensure shipments reach customers worldwide without delays.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2–4 years manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical products is preferred.
Knowledge of international compliance standards such as SABER, CE, RoHS or REACH.

Responsibilities

Improve manufacturing processes while owning international regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot production bottlenecks, reduce assembly and rework times, investigate component failures and manage engineering changes.
Refine product packaging and presentation, oversee compliance requirements such as SABER for Saudi Arabia, and collaborate across teams to prevent regulatory issues delaying shipments.
