Job summary

MetLife’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team seeks a Procurement Systems Consultant to serve as SME for Beeline, Zip, Aravo and Ariba. You’ll support operations, governance, data integrity, and platform enhancements across global procurement processes in a hybrid role requiring in-office work at least 3 days per week.

The role partners with Procurement, HR, IT and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise procurement or workforce management systems.
• Experience leading UAT testing and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and administrator for procurement and workforce management platforms.
• Manage complex system issues, escalations, and support activities.
• Coordinate and support system enhancement initiatives and changes.
• Oversee integrations, data quality, and governance controls.
• Support contingent workforce lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, extensions, offboarding).
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements.
