Job summary

ERAMET's COMILOG unit in Moanda, Gabon, seeks a Procurement and Supply Chain Director to lead the function across a multi-site, international landscape. You will deploy a strategy for a €450m procurement portfolio, managing over 70 employees, and partnering with Group teams to enhance resilience and performance.

You will drive category-based sourcing, total cost of ownership initiatives, supplier relationships, and governance across ESG and CSR. This is a senior, international leadership role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or engineering, ideally with procurement/PM postgraduate qualification.
• 15+ years in senior Procurement and Supply Chain roles, 10+ in leadership of large international teams.
• Expertise in high-level negotiation, category strategies, TCO, and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain topics including planning, logistics, inventory and risk.
• Experience leading transformation programmes in multi-entity, multicultural environments.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement and steer the procurement and supply chain strategy and budget.
• Develop category sourcing strategies, lead tenders and high-level negotiations.
• Manage a diverse supplier panel and ensure CSR integration into purchasing decisions.
• Ensure governance, ethics, quality, health, safety, environment compliance.
• Lead transformation programmes and drive continuous improvement across the function.
• Develop and empower teams across COMILOG in an intercultural setting.
