Under supervision, prepare RFQs, place orders with suppliers, and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Key functions include coordinating price, delivery, specs and quality with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, resolving issues with vendors, and expediting shipments while coordinating

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Professional with proven organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate price, delivery options, specifications, quality and other customer requirements.
• Maintain procurement records of purchases, costs, delivery, and on-time performance.
• Resolve issues with defective goods by collaborating with inspection, users, and vendors.
• Determine best suppliers and provide quotations.
• Receive POs from customers and generate purchase orders.
• Monitor internal inventory levels when needed.
• Consult catalogs and vendors for price, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare bid requests and review proposals to select best value.
• Expedite delivery and coordinate with forwarders and export team.
• Provide commercial invoices to customers.
• Work with accounting on price discrepancies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder, suppliers, inspectors, and customers for rejects.
