Responsibilities

• Respond promptly in adherence to parameters for processing of purchase requests.
• Place and process purchase orders timely and accurately, as specified in guidelines.
• Communicate delivery timing to requisitioners per service levels.
• Maintain internal interface with timely, accurate information conveyance.
• Work with factories and external vendors to provide materials/services within timelines.
• Help optimize stock levels to fulfill internal and external needs.
• Assist in maintaining Item Master records and ERP usage.
• Maintain procurement and order processing files for information availability.
• Assist in measuring supplier performance.
• Provide backup for other supply chain staff.
