Five to ten years of related Supply Chain Management experience in an Engineer-to-order manufacturing, OEM, aerospace, or defense environment.
Demonstrated progressive career development with increasing responsibilities, with an emphasis in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production flow, inventory flow, and documentation procedures.
Strong business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams.
Excellent growth leadership skills with global perspective and understanding factors impacting aerospace businesses.

Lead procurement organization for Ogden providing coaching, management and escalation support for the team.
Drive KPI performance metrics – late release, push/pull/cancel, delinquency/OTD and costs/PPV.
Build supplier relationships and lead efforts to work with vendors to ensure OTD and cost needs for sites.
Drive the sourcing strategy that delivers a competitive advantage including implementation of strategic supplier initiatives.
Lead Global Purchase Family or Regional Commodity sourcing with full accountability for buy and meeting material deflation targets.
Develop strategies and drive negotiations to meet the quality, fulfillment, and productivity requirements of the business.
Source and purchase machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services and/or supplies for operation.
Compile and analyze data to determine feasibility of buying products and establish price objectives.
Monitor and report on supplier performance and implement corrective action as required.
