The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, IT, and Security, contract negotiation, and process improvement. Initially an individual contributor, you will mentor Procurement Specialists and help shape a growing procurement function.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive global procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, lead through influence, and mentor, coach, or guide procurement professionals.
• Proven experience leading commercial and contract negotiations across indirect categories, including significant software, SaaS, technology, and hardware negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, including requirements gathering, supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, purchase order coordination, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and category plans in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead global sourcing and procurement efforts for assigned categories, enabling internal stakeholders across business units to maximize the value received from third-party partners.
• Identify, quantify, and execute cost savings, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and operational improvement opportunities through category strategies and close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
